POINTS  I've switched to a system that allows me to reward my clients! It's been a ton of work, but it's been the real motivation. You earn points with every completed booking, every referral, and every review on Vagaro. You can easily apply points to future bookings!

BUY NOW, PAY LATER Vagaro gives you, the client, the option to book a massage (they pay me for it) and pay them over 4 interest-free installments. I wanted to have this option for those who need an "emergency massage" (or just a breather) but aren't in a financial position to immediately pay in full.  To sign up:

HALF & HALF I've had several clients ask if there is an option for half Deep and half Relaxation. So I have factored pricing & created the option(s)! Durations 45-90 minutes now have the option.

 CUPPING I've also had several clients ask about cupping (& several receive cupping). I did not have cupping as an add-on before, but I do now! Cupping can be added to all Deep sessions 45 minutes or longer. I have a vacuum cupping machine as well as static cups. The sessions will start with medium-deep pressure massage to determine best placement. Static cups will be applied for 5-20 minutes. I will work in other areas at that time. I will then follow through with vacuum cupping. & end with Deep work, if indicated. If you're not familiar with cupping, please do a quick Google image search. It has been called 'reverse deep tissue' work. Clients have self-reported many benefits. It does not hurt, but will absolutely leave some dark circles on you for a few days!!

FORMS I have not been able  to transfer forms out of Pocketsuite and into Vagaro in a way that I can keep track of. Most forms need updated anyway. I am so sorry for the inconvenience, but I will need my returning clients to fill out their forms again when they book next.

GIFT CERTIFICATES  I have manually entered all Gift Certificates from Pocketsuite into Vagaro. So none will be lost! There are tons of creative template options with space to write personal messages. New Gift Certificate purchases will now be sent and tied to email rather than mobile number. You will have the option to Print rather than send email if you'd prefer to surprise them in person. If you don't send via email, they all have unique codes and will still be connected to their profile in my system. I've also ordered a fancy printer and some cardstock paper if you'd like me to print for you! (We would just need to arrange a time in advance)
